Consultant, Process Improvement
Accountabilities
- Work in conjunction with the commercial team to provide guidance on correct processes and procedures
- Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
- Evaluate customer need and recommend enhancements to provide “Best in Class” solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional planning sessions designed to improve the total implementation experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external parties through effective communication, implementation, and follow-up regarding projects and scheduled service programs.
- Monitor progress and accuracy to ensure proper implementation is completed within the agreed upon project deadlines.? Communicate and make certain that all Operations/Automation requirements are implemented.
- Provide technical and business expertise to customers and their contractors during the implementation / integration process
- Coordinate resources and activities between clients and IT as required
Requirements
Minimum of 2 year IT knowledge and familiar with the process of software development
Good communication skill
Fluent English written and Spoken

System Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain Windows applications using C# and Vb.net
- Design and develop stored procedure in Oracle DB
- Manage incident service desk ticket
- Initiate customer solutions design and proposal for downstream integration/implementation execution through IT and Customer Service.
- Execute workaround or permanent fix or changes responsibilities to enable seamless shipment processing
- Monitor shipment data quality and production support the marketplaces business
- Acts as internal technical consultant for country’s systems
- Share and align local integration requirements with Onboarding to ensure that solution is aligned with business unit's goals and priorities
- Support and training users, and work on documentations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of equivalent experience with at least 2 years' IT systems development experience.
- PowerShell scripting experiences are advantageous
- Having experience in basic Oracle server administration is a plus
- Strong interest in learning and applying technical solution in daily support.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Proficient in spoken / written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience in Logistics / eCommerce is advantage and knowledge of shipping systems preferred
- Travel within Greater China is required
- Must be a good team player
