TCT Regional Head is responsible to manage daily operations, project implementations and client relationships of oTMS digital TCT service branded as oTMS Orange, which is a primary strategic development focus for us going forward. More about oTMS and Orange product here.

Report to: CEO (in interim, in future to National Transport Control Tower Head)
Team size: 10+ in customer service, operations & procurement
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operations: oversee daily transport operations of regional clients to ensure all shipments are fulfilled according to client and internal SOPs and KPIs
• Digitization: ensure implementation & high utilization of Orange digital TCT tools with clients & downstream carriers according to company policies and targets
• Performance Review: design and review operational and financial KPIs with clients and carriers, implement and conduct regular review process.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify, design and implement innovative process & technology improvements to improve efficiency, service levels, reduce cost, extend digitization scope in order to secure & grow client business.
• Implementations: direct responsibility to implement new projects incl. client, carrier and driver onboarding, SOP/KPI etc.
• Client Relationships: maintain & develop close communication with the client’s key stakeholders and related senior management team to secure and extend oTMS business share and act as effective escalation point.
• Carrier Management: manage carrier sourcing and procurement to develop and maintain competitive cost and operations platform necessary to run & grow regional TCT operations. Utilize oTMS digital bidding & performance management tools as a basis.
• Sales Support: work with regional & national sales, solutions and software teams to secure new clients incl. design of operational solutions, competitive carriers, assist in data collection & analysis, client presentations etc.
• Team Management: directly manage operations (incl client onsite), customer service and carrier procurement teams. Support SaaS software & Orange sales teams located in Guangzhou branch
• Financials: P&L responsibility for Orange results in South China, responsible for signoff of project financials & timely billing and AR collection.
Skills and Specifications:
• 10+ years experience in B2B contract logistics/transport service provider focused on Chinese domestic market in a branch/regional operations management role with team and P&L responsibility
• Commercial, client exposure to senior management levels in direct key account ownership role with proven client maintenance & development record
• Extensive experience in domestic trucking & knowledge of market rates and practices with proven access to large pool of small and medium regional carriers.
• Additional experience in a shipper logistics/transport management role is a plus
• Actual hands-on usage experience of (or employment in) digital transport platforms is a plus
• Willingness to innovate, to learn and adopt new technology that will improve and often transform existing business practices.
• Analytical skills, detail oriented, proficient in preparing and running business reviews & solutions/proposals
• Ability to maintain complex stakeholder relationships & create buy-in for new concepts
• Self-motivated, able to work independently & to persevere in pursuing objectives
• Effective communication & leadership skills
• Willing to travel in region and domestically
• College/University degree
• Fluent English

•善于发现客户需求,维护客户关系。具有演示系统和满足客户需求的能力

•有发起新产品、新业务孵化及推广经验者尤佳
•能适应复杂,快节奏的工作环境

• 管理项目现场的车辆和司机,处理现场异常及车辆在途异常。
• 协调客户仓库及物流部,确保每日的准时装载。
• 收集、整理、核对承运商的回单,并按客户要求完协助成回单和账单。
• 处理客户投诉及司机结费相关的投诉。
• 协助公司对承运商及司机培训,并推进微信或APP的使用。
技能和规范
• 最好有驾照并可以驾驶车辆
• 3年以上的物流运输行业的经验
• 25-38岁
• 最好会当地方言,新昌本地人

• 协助/负责订单及时录入系统及分配,信息回传(回单)管理
• 订单在途及异常(在途/货物)管理
• 发送日常运营报告,总结项目优劣点
• 核对账单
供应商管理:
• 建立&考核项目KPI,及时发现问题
• 定期业务回顾,制定改善计划(对大客户可制定项目持续改善计划)并跟进
• 制定承运商健康监控业务综合表现,为深入分析积累原始数据
• 承运商运作报告以反映项目运营情况
技能和规范
•3年以上国内公路运输相关工作经验;
•具备良好的计划、管理、沟通、协调能力;
•责任心强,自主性高,诚实、细致,有较强的团队合作意识
