仓储主管-西安

岗位职责:

1. Management of raw materials warehouse operations: Execute optimized management of safety, quality, process, cost and performance of raw and materials warehouse

    原辅料仓运作管理：执行原辅料仓安全，质量，流程，成本，绩效优化管理

2. Warehouse site management: Focus on the scientific warehousing, reduce warehousing unit cost, cooperate with the QA, planning and production team, to ensure the correct quantity and quality of materials in and out of the warehouse

仓库现场管理: 科学仓储，降低单位仓储成本，协同计划团队以及生产车间，保障物料正确的出入库数量和质量

3. Warehouse accounts management and Inventory: regularly stock-taking, collaborate with department of C&P and Quality to guarantee the

correct quantity and quality of materials in stock

仓库账务管理及盘点：定期物料盘点，协同采购和质量，保障物料正确的入库数量和质量

4. Warehouse outsourcing management: rational allocation and full utilization of human resources and other resources, focus on the

enhancement of outsourcing staff's comprehensive ability to meet the demand of business

仓储外包方管理：合理调配和充分利用人力资源，提升外包人员综合能力和业务水平

5. Warehouse Standardization: regularly organize the revision and maintenance of factory warehouse operation standard and operation process,

as well as the ISO system documents of the department

    仓储规范：定期组织对工厂仓库作业标准,作业流程以及本部门ISO 体系文件进行修订与维护

Position Objective岗位目标

1. Responsible for project base & special project supply to ensure excellent customer service level and achieve project objective

负责项目类及特殊产品的供应组织，保证产品及时供应及项目目标达成

2. Set up working mechanism and implementation, to guide regional team operation through collaboration and synchronization, for project-base products.

搭建项目类产品的工作机制并优异执行，指导区域计划团队通过联结与信息同步，高效运作。

Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Be responsible for supply strategy for Inno./Reno. Project, including supply network and special materials preparation & controlled.

负责项目类产品的供应战略，包括供应网络和特殊材料准备

2. Set up & optimize new product Inno/Reno. supply model through working mechanism and SOP.

建立并优化项目类产品供应模型，完善工作机制和 SOP

3. Set up & optimize special product and dedicate channel supply model through working mechanism and SOP.

建立并优化特定产品和特殊渠道的供应工作机制和 SOP

4. Working with cross-function/team collaboration, to ensure excellent execution to achieve targeted planning level and order fulfillment. Visualize projects status in monthly or weekly basis to ensure risk management..

跨团队/部门合作，实现计划目标和订单交付目标

5. Excellent execution, create visibility to key stakeholders in regular base(weekly/monthly) basis, to ensure action in time and mitigate potential risk

6. Support head-quarter digitalization transformation to achieve smart planning ，though digital system and tool adoption
